Socio-Economic Diversity and Inclusion in the Arts: A Toolkit for Employers
Jerwood Arts and the Bridge Group have joined forces for this toolkit to support long-term change across the cultural sector. They recommend five actions: measuring and reporting on socio-economic diversity data; creating space for conversations about ‘taste’, ‘talent’ and ‘merit’; end unpaid and unadvertised job opportunities; and create a more inclusive work culture and recruitment process. A free event in Nottingham this October will explore the recommendations.
